  • Mt. Crested Butte applies a lodging tax of 13% to stays shorter than 30 days.

  • Minimum stay:
       3 nights, most periods.
       5 nights, Jun 22 - Sep 6; Dec 21 - Jan 3; and Mar 1 - Apr 4.

  • *Stays shorter than the minimum may be arranged depending on availability and season.
       A $150 housekeeping fee will be added for shorter than minimum stays.

  • Discounted longer term rates available! We welcome month-long or longer stays.
       No tax on stays over 30 days.

  • We offer returning guests a discount on future stays - please ask.

  • Pets: Certain pets may be accommodated; additional housekeeping fee. Please ask.
