· Mt. Crested Butte applies a lodging tax of 13.5% to stays shorter than 30 days.

·         Minimum stay:
   3 nights, most periods.
   5 nights, Christmas / New Year’s week; Spring Break; and Peak Wildflowers.

· *Stays shorter than the minimum may be arranged depending on availability and season. A $150 housekeeping fee will be added for shorter than minimum stays.

· Discounted longer term rates available! We welcome month-long or longer stays. No tax on stays over 30 days.

· We offer returning guests a discount on future stays - please ask.

· Pets: Certain pets may be accommodated; additional housekeeping fee. Please ask.
