Payment Process and Cancellation Policy

To hold your reservation, we require a 50% deposit at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days before check-in. Your dates are marked “Pending” on our web calendar until we receive your deposit, at which time your dates show as “Booked”.

Our refund policy is that if you cancel before the balance is paid (thus, more than 30 days out), we refund your whole deposit, minus a $100 administrative fee. If you cancel fewer than 30 days out, we refund the cost of as many nights as we can re-book. In other words, if we can find other renters for the entire time we had set aside for you, we refund everything but the $100; if we can only re-book 3/4 of the nights, we'd refund 3/4 of what you paid.
